Vendor Outreach: Will send the final site map and wedding day timeline to all of your vendors

Ceremony Rehearsal: 1 hour ceremony walk-through prior to your wedding day

On your Wedding Day:

Onsite Coordination for up to 11 hours

Timeline Management: Ensuring that vendors, wedding party, and guests remain on-time throughout your wedding day, and adjusting as necessary

Vendor Liaison: Coordinating with all venue and vendor staff, including issuing final payments and tips on your behalf

Decor Staging: Setting up pre-assembled signage, welcome table decor, memorial table decor, unity table decor, and favors table.

Wedding Party Liaison: Directing and cueing your wedding party for photos, processional, and Grand Entrance

Marriage License Management: Ensuring that the officiant obtains the marriage license, overseeing your signing post-ceremony

Gift Management: Packing wedding gifts and cards in a secure location for family removal at the end of the reception
