Finding the perfect spot to say "I Do" can feel like a daunting task, but if you've narrowed it down to Arizona - congratulations! You've already taken a huge step towards wedding planning bliss. By choosing Arizona as your wedding location, I can tell you love sunshine and warmth, and I'd bet you want some if not ALL of your wedding to be outdoors.

In this roundup, we'll cover the top 6 wedding venues in and around Phoenix, Arizona. Some are for the desert-lovers, some are for the city-slickers, and some are for a more laid-back country feel. No matter your vibe as a couple, you've come to the right place to get your dream wedding started!

For the Desert Lovers

If you're obsessing over the romantic desert landscapes Arizona has to offer, dreaming of a wedding with mountains and saguaros as your backdrop, and want a wedding that feels authentically AZ, then look no further than these three stunners!

The Willow

The Willow is a secluded venue in the West Valley. It sits on 6 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert landscape, resulting in sweeping mountain views with untouched desert vegetation. Lost Dutchman State Park

Located in Apache Junction, AZ
about 35 minutes west of Sky Harbor airport

Lost Dutchman is perfect for the outdoorsy couple that's not afraid to get a little dirt on their boots. Since it's a park as opposed to a formal wedding venue, this location is perfect for the budget-conscious couple. Lost Dutchman State Park only requires a permit (available one year in advance) to come set up for the day. You'll have to bring in all of your own tables, chairs, and decorations (or hire vendors to do so), but the stunning views of the Superstition Mountains and unbeatable sunsets make it worth the effort. The park closes at 8pm, so an offsite reception is recommended.

For the City Slickers

Who said Arizona has to be all cacti and red rocks? You can soak up the sun AND the city with these stunning venues located right in the heart of Metro Phoenix. Scottsdale, Arizona and Phoenix, Arizona are the two most popular destinations for epic food, nightlife, arts, and more!

The Scott Resort and Spa

Located in Scottsdale, Arizona
about 15 minutes northeast of Sky Harbor airport

The Scott is your one-stop shop for luxury weddings right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The spaces, both indoor and out, are absolutely oasis-like. You'll feel transported into a tropical paradise! Think Tulum-chic meets Cuban-fun. Not to mention their amazing spa, world-class cuisine, and prime location for showing off the glories of Arizona. Their property boasts 5 different options for ceremony/reception locations, with packages for everything from elopements to 200-guests affairs.

Phoenix Art Museum

Located in Phoenix, Arizona
about 10 minutes northwest of Sky Harbor airport

Their lavish courtyard, sophisticated ballroom, and exquisite galleries are what makes the Phoenix Art Museum a stunning location for the artsy couple. With more than 220,000 square feet of classically progressive architecture and a collection of art from around the world, the Museum will be the wow-factor you're looking for, right in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

For the Rustic Couple

If it's rustic charm you're after, Arizona is full of amazing farmlands, barns, and fields. Whether it's wide-open spaces or the warm tones of aged barn wood that make you swoon, the perfect setting for a rustic couple is right here in AZ.

Schnepf Farms

Located in Queen Creek, Arizona
about 50 minutes southeast of Sky Harbor airport

Schnepf Farms is a family-owned farm that boasts over 300 acres of stunning vistas. There are three different options for the perfect wedding location: The Farmhouse, The Big Red Barn, and The Meadow. Each has its own unique allure, and completely different vibe. The Farmhouse backs up to the peach orchard, which is what created the stunning photo above. The Big Red Barn can seat up to 300 guests and is the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor rustic-chic. The Meadow (my personal favorite) makes you feel transported up to Northern Arizona. Buried in the pine trees, this secluded and intimate wedding location is perfect for the couple that wants a forest vibe without sacrificing all the activities that Metro Phoenix has to offer.
